One of the
more challenging issues encountered by the Neurofeedback
clinician is effective utilization of data derived from the
Quantitative EEG (QEEG).
With greater comprehension of QEEG data, convergence with
traditional assessment measures and clinical intuition your
treatment plans will likely yield more positive sustainable
results. The
workshop will focus on solutions to the problems most commonly
encountered in a typical practice.
We will also suggest how Neurofeedback can augment
practices with different foci (medical, psychological,
educational, etc.). You
will be exposed to various new applications of Neurofeedback
designed to enhance your knowledge, if not widen the repertoire,
of disorders you currently treat.
Joy and Gary will draw from their interdisciplinary
backgrounds in research, nursing, neuropsychology, QEEG
interpretation, directing treatment centers, and years of
experience conducting therapy sessions and supervising
therapists.
